Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the impact work stress and workplace incivility on turnover intention work-family conflict. As well as role conflict in mediating relationship between stress, incivility, intention. Design/methodology/approach: data collected by distributing 573 questionnaires nurses working healthcare sector Punjab, Pakistan. SPSS (23) statistical package used analyze data, model evaluated using partial least squares (Smart PLS 3.3).
